Our alert for Tuesday is Fox Petroleum, Inc., FXPT, and the stock closed Wednesday at 3 cents.
Please begin your research here; www.fox-petroleum.com; and here; www.finance.yahoo.com/q?s=FXPT.PK&ql=0
FXPT is an oil and gas exploration company.
FXPT has a 30 year veteran of the oil and gas industry leading this company forward.
Remember, you want to look at a story to see what they have going on NOW that could lead to more press (and more buyers) later. This is how you get in ahead of the crowds.
IF FXPT DOES 10% OF WHAT THEY SAY THIS STOCK WILL RUN.
FXPT is expected to acquire Renfro Energy LLC, and Cameron Parish Pipelines in Louisiana by the end of THIS MONTH.
In regards to the Cameron meadows property FXPT president says”
“We have had 3-D seismic on this property for over five years,”
said James Renfro, President of Fox Petroleum. “The zones we are investigating through the 3-D seismic have reserve potential of 200,000 to 500,000 barrels of oil,” he added.
Thats $15 Million to $38 Million in oil. That will make a nice release if/when it closes at the end of the month.
FXPT acquired four leases comprising 9,000 acres in Alaska near BP’s Exploration’s Badami oil field.
FXPT also has a property southwest of Prudhoe Bay.
This area has HUGE upside!
FXPT estimates that these leases may contain up to 160 million barrels of oil.
At todays prices that oil has a value of $12 BILLION. (now look, lets be serious, the odds of this company pulling $12 billion out of the ground have to be slim to say the least but think of the headlines they could generate trying and it is those headlines that drive buyers to stocks)
Along those same lines:
FXPT signed a Letter of Intent with Camelot Oil Energy S.A. to develop and finance oil projects in Latin America.
Camelot has a 70% participation interest in a project in Columbia with possible recoverable reserves of 3.5 million barrels of oil by the end of 2012 and a potential of 17,500,000 barrels by late 2013.
At current market prices, FXPT reports an estimated book value of
$367 million if these test results are correct.
So, It looks like FXPT has an exciting story with lots of upside and plenty of press releases to generate interest in the stock going forward.
What about the stock? Why Now?
FXPT is at 3 cents. Each penny move would be a 33% price gain so traders are going to be all over this one.
Only a few weeks ago this stock made over a 100% move in a few days!!
The stock has settled back to what could be a great entry point for traders looking to capitalize on it’s next move.
Several indicators are pointing in the right direction for this company according to barchart.com:
20 – 50 Day MACD Oscillator Buy
50 Day Moving Average vs Price Buy
20 – 100 Day MACD Oscillator Buy
100 Day Moving Average vs Price Buy
50 – 100 Day MACD Oscillator Buy
So, FXPT has a exciting story and a stock that looks like it wants to cooperate.
FXPT definitely belongs on your watchlist for Wednesday.
