VKML Alert- Could Copper Turn Pennies into Dollars?

October 26, 2011 by   Filed under Todays Watchlist

Although WhisperfromWallStreet does its best to bring you accurate information you should always assume that everything in this newsletter is incorrect until you verify for yourself.

Hello All,

We get really excited when we can bring you a low priced stock with a strong story because we know they are the stocks that give you a chance at hitting that big home run.

Our alert closed today at 2.3 cents a share so there is plenty of room for upside.

Every 1 penny move to the upside is a 40% price gain.

Keep in mind as a rule of thumb we advocate hitting singles, taking profits when you can and ALWAYS keeping losses small by using stops but some times these cheap stocks can really set up for a chance to knock it out of the park.

Combine this with some strong exposure and there is even potential for a grand slam.

Here’s the pitch:

Our alert for Wednesday is Viking Minerals, Inc., VKML, and the stock closed Tuesday at .023.

Please begin your research here; www.vikingmineralsinc.com; and here; http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=VKML.OB&ql=0

Here’s some information to get you started:

VKML acquires and develops near-term producing copper, gold and silver properties in North America.

Near Term means projects that are ready to go short term.

This is when investors often bid up prices based on the potential announcements that may be coming as projects get off the ground.

VKML looks like they have some exciting projects that are now underway!

VKML has 16 properties in northeastern Nevada.

VKML’s properties are in the world’s third most prolific mining area!

This region’s copper supply has been well documented and hosts two large operating mines – Battle Mountain and Robinson.

The Robinson Mine which is an open pit copper and gold mine that has operated continuously since 2005 producing averagely 121 to 126 million pounds per year of copper.

VKML has a property RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!

VKML released results from a sample drilling on that property and it showed copper values as high as 5%!!

The Robinson Mine averages about .5% copper.

The VKML results came back 10X better than a mine doing $300 Million a year in revenue!!

This one project alone is enough to send VKML higher as investors find out about it.

VKML has begun drilling for samples on some of its other properties as well.

VKML announced Monday that results from another recent sample drilling went VERY well and management is very excited about that project as well.

It would seem that there may be a lot of good news on the horizon for VKML.

All that exposure may be exactly what VKML needs to get moving in the right direction from here.

Here are a few other reasons VKML could move:

VKML lowered their out standing shares by about 66% going from 350 mm shares to 100 mm.

If you’re new to trading, this is exciting because the smaller the supply of shares the better.

The pricing of stocks is based on supply and demand. If supply is smaller and demand picks up because of exposure and strong news prices will rise.

VKML is starting to put out some strong news.

The word is also starting to get out on VKML because of a new investor awareness campaign.

Because of this you should make sure you put VKML on your watchlist for Wednesday.

At just over 2 cents a share there may be some great upside here.

JUST A NOTE: If you like this story and think the stock has strong upside here and decide to trade it, PLEASE make sure you NEVER use MARKET orders to enter a position.

ALWAYS use limit orders, ESPECIALLY if entering your orders PRE MARKET.

This will make sure that you get the best fill prices and you are not taken advantage of.

I have seen too many prints on the open that were obviously market orders put in by someone that got excited and ended up over paying.

If the market gaps up on the open let it come back to you as opposed to chasing it higher.

As always, do your own research, always use stop loss orders to protect yourself, and book your profits when in a position to do so.

Good Trading,
