QUMI Closes Above Trendline, Set For Breakout
Hi Everyone,

Call us butter because we are on a roll!

ALSK, our 5 bar drop reversal set up play from last Friday on the facebook page broke out exactly like we thought it would and moved right up to the 20ma for a nice easy low risk 8%.

CIM, our NYSE traded dividend play was up another 3% today. That’s an 11% price gain in a week on top of the big dividend it pays. You guys are getting paid on that one. Next resistance area is $3.05 area.

Keep in mind, the stocks I put up that trade NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX are lower risk, higher probability trade ideas you can use to hit singles along the way.

Our alert for Monday is a nice looking OTC company that may offer some sweet upside so let’s get to it.

This company came out with BIG news after the market closed Friday.

Our alert for Monday is Quamtel Inc., QUMI, and the stock
closed Friday at 50 cents.

Please begin your research here: http://www.Quamtel.com and
here: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=QUMI.OB&ql=0

Here’s some information to get you started:

QUMI offers a line of mobile devices:

QuamTel MOIP Smart Phone
QUMI understands that a majority of the world will never be able to afford Apple, Blackberry, or Samsung smart phones. The MOIP will put a smart phone within the reach of the masses.

QuamTel QTAB Tablet
Everyone knows what tablets are these days, Think Ipad, Kindle, Esus, Motorola, Samsung only in a price range everyone can afford.

QuamTel DATAJACK
Mobility is the key these days. No one wants to be disconnected. These simple devices plug right into the USB port making sure everyone is connected.

QUAMTEL NOW
Personal mobile WiFI devices are growing every day. I carry around my own WI-FI hot spot with me so I can get online no matter where I am. QUMI is developing their own for future release

We all know how big the mobile market is and believe it or not it is still growing at a rapid rate. As prices come down more markets open up. QUMI expects to take advantage of this trend by offering inexpensive mobile devices and data plans.

Even if QUMI can capture a sliver of the market there could be some strong upside.

QUMI did $2.1 Million in revenue in 2010 and should do better when the final numbers come out for 2011.

Here is another reason the timing may be perfect: QUMI released strong news after the close.

Quamtel Inks Agreement: DataJack Ads to Appear in Southwest Airlines and USAir In-flight Magazines Reaching 15 Million Travelers Monthly Throughout 2012

Low Cost, No Contract, Mobile Broadband Data Plans Starting At $9.99.

This means 15 million people a month could see the QuamTel name, not to mention buy their product.

That exposure could be exactly what QUMI needs to get on a long term roll.

There are also technical reasons to take a close look at QUMI.

QUMI closed above a downward trend line Friday for the first time since October.

QUMI closed above the 20 day moving average Friday for the first time since early December.

The last time QUMI broke above an area or resistance it went on a nice run from 40 cents to 85 cents. Thats over a 100% price gain so we can see QUMI can move.

So, QUMI has a good story, cool products in a growing market. They are revenue producing which is nice for an OTC company. They came out with news Friday telling us that millions of people are going to see the name of this company soon, and there are technical reasons this stock looks like it is set up to break out.

QUMI belongs on everyones watchlist for Monday.

As always, do your own research, don’t chase gaps, use limit orders to enter positions, always use stop loss orders to protect your position, and take profits when you are in a position to do so.

Get ready to book your profits with QUMI.

Good Trading,

Mark
