Online travel is huge right? The internet has forever changed the way people make flight and hotel reservations.
The big boys in the online travel industry are snapping up small regional player’s like Trivago and Agoda which puts our alert for Monday right in the cross hairs of these corporate hunters looking for bargains.
Our alert for Monday is:

PNOW has launched Oveedia which is to the Central American-Caribbean region what Trivago was to Germany before Expedia’s $600+ Million acquisition, or Thailand’s Agoda which was purchased by Priceline.
If you’re going to pick a niche region to operate a travel booking engine, the Central American-Caribbean is the place to be. The Latin America travel market is estimated at $30+ Billion, estimated to reach $80 Billion by 2016 according to eMarketer.
That’s not all.
PNOW has joined Sabre Travel Network, a $7B NASDAQ Company trading under the symbol SABR.
Sabre’s Travel Network Family is comprised of companies such as American Airlines, American Express, Expedia, JetBlue, Travelocity and more
PNOW’s Oveedia now has access to more than 125,000 hotels, 400 airlines, 16 cruise lines and 25 car rental selections through Sabre.
PNOW is also in the process of retiring debt aggressively, already retiring $4mm and on it’s way to retiring 90% of their debt.
There is no denying PNOW is a very interesting acquisition candidate for the big boys in online travel, owning shares in this price range could bring MASSIVE returns.
