CXLL Alert. Strong Story+Strong Technicals=Strong Breakout Potential

October 19, 2011 by   Filed under Todays Watchlist

Hello All,

Outsourcing overseas started in the 80’s and has steadily increased over the years. Fact is labor in the US is expensive, in other countries it is not. Outsourcing raises all sorts of ethical, patriotic and loyalty related questions; to which I’m not here to answer. One thing I can say with absolute certainty however, is it allows companies to maximize their net income and as long as that’s the case it will continue.

Instead of being upset about this, what we can do is take advantage of the free market and do what our country is founded on…capitalize!

We’ve found a great company that should allow you to profit off of the growth in the off shore outsourcing industry.

Not only is the story strong, but the technical indicators look good too!

Here’s what barchart.com’s indicators say:
7 Day Average Directional Indicator Buy
10 – 8 Day Moving Average Hilo Channel Buy
20 Day Moving Average vs Price Buy
50 Day Moving Average vs Price Buy
50 Day Parabolic Time/Price Buy
100 Day Moving Average vs Price Buy

Our alert for Wednesday is ChatterBox Call Center, Ltd., CXLL, and the stock closed Tuesday at 12 cents.

Please begin your research here;
www.chatterboxcallcenter.com; and here;

Here’s some information to get you started:

CXLL is a global call center, technology services and outsourcing company, with delivery centers in the Philippines and India.

CXLL’s is set up to take advantage of the exploding market for overseas call centers.

Call centers are available for handling everything from product related inquiries to 24/7 credit card assistance to ticketing and reservations for travel agencies and more.

Outsourcing is becoming so common, there is even a popular sitcom based on call centers: http://www.nbc.com/outsourced/

India has been the leading country for offshore outsourcing generating $47 billion a year in revenue.

The Philippines recently overtook India to become the global leader in call center outsourcing, generating $5.7 billion vs. India’s
$5.5 billion.

In the Philippines they are adding an average of 2,000 new call center positions every week!

CXLL is in the right spot at the right time.

India still leads in overall outsourcing revenue at an estimated $70 billion vs. $9 billion for the Philippines.

So in my opinion India and the Philippines should be ranked 1 and 1A in the industry. CXLL is positioned in both hot beds!

These revenues have translated to the market as well.

Call Centers have had success on the market, take a look at the prices of the companies that make up the Call Center Composite

CVG (NYSE: $10.27)
SYKE (Nasdaq: $14.97)
TTEC (Nasdaq: $16.45)
WIT (NYSE: $9.67),
G (NYSE: $15.48)
SGS (AMEX: $2.02),
SRT (NYSE: $2.67)
EXLS (Nasdaq: $25.36)

The fact that there is even a call center index is a great sign. It shows that investors do have a strong interest in this sector.

If CXLL can even get half way to the price of the cheapest stock on that list it would be over a 700% increase from its current levels.

CXLL is still a relatively unknown company on this market, but that seems like its about to change.

As CXLL receives exposure, it could really fly. The stock has already shown good volatility, trading as high as 28 cents, and as low as 2 cents. Catching a big price swing upward could benefit your trading account greatly.

Put CXLL on the top of your watchlist for Wednesday.

As always, do your own research, always use stop loss orders to protect yourself, and book your profits when in a position to do so.

Good Trading,
