Hello All,
Our newest alert has been busy making big announcements all spring.
It is also trading toward the low end of its range, which makes it look like it could possibly make a nice move from here.
Our alert for Monday is Power of the Dream Ventures Inc., PWRV, and the stock closed Friday at 33 cents.
Please begin your research here www.powerofthedream.com and here http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=PWRV.OB&ql=0
Here is some information to get you started.
PWRV is an extremely unique company working on acquiring, investing in, and developing intellectual properties originating in the Republic of Hungary.
Since our last coverage on PWRV the company has issued a number of significant press releases.
In March PWRV announced an investment agreement with Genetic Immunity (GI). GI has developed and patented immune therapy technology for a number of critical diseases. Their lead product candidate is called Dermavir, a vaccine for the treatment of HIV.
In their Phase 2 human clinical trials Dermavir demonstrated median 70% viral load reduction in patients without any side effect. This is extremely significant news. PWRV will assist GI complete a listing in the United States and raise $25 million to complete Phase 2 trials and get marketing approval for Dermavir. GI will also initiate additional Phase I trials for more products based on the technology behind DermaVir. PWRV received 14% equity in the company and Warrants to acquire an additional 3 million shares.
Once GI begins trading PWRV will provide a dividend to its shareholders in GI common stock. At the time GI begins trading the company will have approximately 17 million shares issued and outstanding, giving PWRV over 20% equity with Warrants. The HIV field currently generates over $12 billion in revenue on a worldwide basis. Dermavir is aimed at entering this field with a highly effective, side effects free product.
PWRV also announced that two executive officers of the company will convert a total of 24 million common shares into preferred shares, reducing issued and outstanding by over 40%. PWRV’s currently issued shares count of a bit over 53 million, after the conversion PWRV will only have less than 30 million outstanding.
In April PWRV announced that Genetic Immunity has signed a therapeutic vaccine development agreement with Europe’s Fraunhofer Institute in Germany to develop a vaccine against the West Nile Virus based on Genetic Immunity’s platform technology. With Phase 2 HIV results already out this agreement provides third party verification of GI’s technology.
PWRV then announced that the company’s other main investment in iGlue has also reached a significant milestone. iGlue launched the company’s main product with its social media extensions.
PWRV announced the official Phase 2 results of Genetic Immunity’s Dermavir, demonstrating 7รถ% viral load reduction without side effects. Independent data from an ACTG (Aids Clinical Trial Group) conducted US based Phase I/II trial is also to be presented this June.
Also in April PWRV announced a Going Public roadmap for iGlue. As part of this plan PWRV will arrange and assist iGlue become a publicly traded company in the United States. As part of this going public roadmap, once iGlue is public, PWRV will provide a 50% share dividend to PWRV shareholders in iGlue common stock. This one step can results in multi fold return to PWRV shareholders.
In May PWRV announced what they call ‘The iGlue Summer Annotation Challenge’ a cash and prizes competition aimed at rewarding iGlue users who bring added value to iGlue’s revolutionary semantic search and annotation technology. Whoever annotates, correctly, the most words on select websites wins the first, second and third prizes. The company will also have a number of additional items to reward users.
PWRV launched this competition last week.
Coincidentally, concurrent with the launch, one of the world’s leading internet technology blogs, Techcrunch, covered the Annotation Challenge. This shows international interest in the product.

And last but not least, since our last coverage, Gene Guhne, Director of the company, has acquired over 100,000 shares on the open market. This is in addition to the over 1,7 million shares CEO Viktor Rozsnyay has acquired on the open market. Also of note. Gene Guhne is Vice President of Sales at Ultimate Software, a NASDAQ traded $1.4B dollar company. If Mr. Guhne believes it is worth sitting on PWRV’s Board of Directors PWRV is worth following and investing in.
As you can see PWRV has been extremely busy announcing major news items within the last 60 days, executives who buy on the open
market, and products that are emerging after years of research.
PWRV is currently trading at the lower end of its trading range.
Over the last 2 years the company has traded as high as $4 dollars and as low as $0.02 cents.
If PWRV headed back to it’s highs that would be over a 1000% price gain from these levels.
As always, do your own research, use stop loss orders to protect yourself, and book your profits when in a position to do so.
Good Trading,
